摘要
为了研究控制系统参数对平板式三相交流永磁同步直线电动机(PermanentMagnetLinearSyn-chronousMotor,简称PMLSM)的影响,采用瞬态激振的方法测试直线电动机的伺服刚度,并在样机上完成实验。实验结果表明,直线电动机的伺服刚度只受位置环比例增益的影响较大,而其它的控制参数对伺服刚度幅值影响不大。设置好伺服系统各控制参数,为高性能直线电动机伺服控制器的改进设计提供了客观依据。
In order to research the influence of the control system parameter to the PMLSM Permanent Magnet Line ar Synchromous Motor, the approach of transient state shock excitation is applied to test the servo rigidi ty of it, and the experiments are carried out on prototype. The result presents that the servo rigidity is more influenced by proportion plus of position loop than by other parameters. By setting the control parameter of the servo system, the objective basis is provided for improved design of high - performance linear synchronous motor servo controller.
