摘要
首先简要介绍了电火花微细加工目前的发展状况,并概括地分析了商品电火花成形机用于微细加工所具有的一些特殊优势,最后通过微轴的加工实例来证实其进行实用微细加工的可行性。
In this paper, the development of the micro - machining on EDM is introduced firstly, and analyzing the advantages of the micro - machining by the commercial EDM machine. At last, the feasibility of the micro - machining is confirmed by the example machining of a micro axis.
