对多变异方法进行了方差分析,给出通过MVA进行合理抽样的理论基础,结合7种变异源组合进行抽样分析,以捕获产品/过程质量特征值的主要变异来源,对生产现场分析质量变异原因和质量控制具有重要意义。

This paper presents the ANOVA structure of MVA （ Multi - variation Analysis） and provides the principle to rationalize the sampling, by an example with 7 tests to capture the major process variations based on MVA method. The method is of practical importance for analyzing the root causes of the process quality variation and controlling a process.
