本文讨论了设备管理工作对于企业管理的重要性和现代生产方式对于企业设备管理工作提出的新要求,分析并且提出了适合于现代生产方式的设备管理系统应该实现的基本功能,设计了设备管理系统的体系结构,运用了JSP技术和数据库技术,有效地实现了在Web环境下,对制造资源计划中的设备进行科学的管理,为企业计划管理和生产控制提供实时动态的数据,切实达到充分利用企业设备资源、降低企业设备管理成本和增强企业经济效益的目的。

We discuss the importance of equipment management to the enterprise management and the new requirements of equipment management under the modem way of production, analysis and raise the basic function of equipment management information system which must be implemented to the modem way of production, design the structure of equipment management system, use JSP techniqees and SQL database to realize the equipment＇s scientific management of ERP efficiently on the basis of Web, and provides real time and dynamic date for the ERP of an enterprise and the control in workshops, so that use resource efficiently cut the cost of equipment and produce more benefits.
