高耐磨炭黑填充型粉末NR研究 (Ⅱ)粒子形貌与成粉机理分析 被引量:3

摘要 在用凝聚共沉法制备高耐磨炭黑填充型粉末天然橡胶[P(NR/N330)]的基础上,用SEM研究了无接触污染性和有接触污染性的P(NR/N330)粒子的表面形貌,提出了用凝聚共沉法制备填充型粉末天然橡胶的成粉机理,指出选用对炭黑具有优良乳化作用的分散剂和合成具有优良成膜性的包覆剂,是制备无接触污染性的P(NR/N330)的技术关键。 The carbon black-filled powdered NR [ P(NR/N330) ] was prepared using the method of coagulation and co-precipitation. The surface morphology of non-contact staining P(NR/N330) particles and contact staining P(NR/N330) particles were studied using SEM analysis. And a powdering mechanism was put forward to describe the powdering process,which show that the key technical point consists in the surfactant with good emulsification and the polymer coating resin with good film forming properties.
