摘要
研究国产乙丙橡胶EPDM 4045电缆料的配方,确定了填充剂、硫化剂、增塑剂等各组分的配比,简要阐述了胶料的加工工艺。电缆料各项性能指标满足欧盟VDE0282标准要求。
The formula of domestic EPDM 4045 compound for cable insulating material is introduced in this paper, After the selection of filler, vulcanization agent and plasticizer, the compound are determined. the process of blend is introduced brifly, the properties of compound meet requirements of VDE0282 standard of EU.
