脑卒中患者配偶生活质量的调查研究

Investigation on quality of life of stroke patient's spouse

目的了解脑卒中患者配偶的生活质量,以便在今后的临床护理工作中,对患者配偶进行相应的心理干预,提高患者配偶的生活质量。方法应用生活质量综合评定问卷对118例脑卒中患者配偶及56名已婚正常对照者进行评定。结果脑卒中患者配偶的总体生活质量及躯体功能、心理功能、社会功能、物质生活均较正常者差,其中以心理健康和躯体健康对生活质量的影响最大。结论脑卒中患者配偶的生活质量较正常对照组差,并涉及到心身健康等多个方面。

Objective To understand the quality of life （QOL） of stroke patient＇ s spouse in order to improve their QOL by giving them proper psychology interventions. Methods 118 spouses of stroke patients and 56 control subjects were investigated by generic quality of life inventory （GQOLI）. Results The scores of GQOLI of the stroke patients＇ spouses were lower than that of the control group, as well as in physical function, mental function, social function and material life, especially in mental health and physical health. Conclusions There is significant difference in QOL between the spouses of stroke patients and the normal persons and involve various aspect of mental and physical health.
