桂附液灌肠加理疗治疗慢性盆腔炎的效果观察

Observation and experience of guifu herbal decoctions plus the physical therapy in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease

目的观察中药桂附灌肠汤保留灌肠和超短波理疗治疗慢性盆腔炎的效果。方法实验组用中药桂附灌肠汤,配合超短波理疗,共治疗住院病人115例;对照组用口服妇炎康复片,共治疗同期门诊病人54例;均治疗3个疗程,比较2组的疗效和主症积分。结果实验组的痊愈率、总有效率与对照组比较2组疗效有显著差异性意义(P<0.05)。治疗前2组主症积分无显著性差异,治疗后实验组主症积分明显低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论中药煎剂保留灌肠与超短波理疗同时进行的综合治疗以及给予适时的情志护理措施疗效优于单纯的服药治疗。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of the traditional Chinese medicine of guifu （Chinese cinnamon and aconitum carnichaeli） herbal decoction as retention enema combined with the physical therapy of ultra-short waves in the treatment of the chronic pelvic inflammatory disease, and to study the nursing measures. Methods One hundred and fifteen hospitalized patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease were classified into the experimental group （treated with the enema of guifu herbal decoctions plus the physical therapy of ultra- short waves）, and fifty- four patients in the outpatient service during the same period were classified into the control group （treated with the oral administration of Fuyankang tablet）. All of the patients in the two groups accepted three periods of the above-described treatment, respectively. The clinical efficacy in the two groups was observed and compared, as well as the score of the primary symptom. Results The basic cure rate and the total effective rate in the treatment group were 46.96% and 94. 80%, while those in the control group were 33.33% and 63. 04 %, respectively. The comparison between the two groups showed a significant difference （P〈0.05）. Before the treatment, the scores of the primary symptom in the two groups did not have the significance difference. But, after the treatment, the primary symptom score of the experimental group obviously was lower than that of the control group （P〈0.01）. Conclusions The treatment of Guifu herbal decoctions as retention enema plus the physical therapy of ultra short waves is effective for treating Chronic Pelvic Inflammatory Disease with less toxicity and side effects. At the same time, the above combined therapy and the sentiment nursing given at the right moment will show a better curative effect than the treatment of only-taking medicine.
