摘要
ZA-27铸造高强锌基合金,由于凝固温度范围宽(375-484℃)在凝固过程中,容易产生疏松组织,且铸件不同部位的性能差异较大。通过200~250℃挤压加工,ZA-27合金疏松组织得以消除,综合性能,特别是抗拉强度大幅度提高,并且,消除了不同部位的性能差异,从而提高了制品的使用寿命。
High Strength Zinc-base casting alloy ZA-27 has the probability to form Shrinkage porosity structure during solidification because it has a vwider solidification range(375~484℃),which results in a great difference in properties among different parts in a casting.This problem was overcomed and compredensive properties, especially the tensile strength of ZA-27 alloy was increased by a large amount through extruding work,thus the service-life of the parts is extended.
