摘要 针对可用输电能力问题展开了深入研究,构造了适合ATC问题特点的改进粒子群优化模型,提高了ATC计算结果的准确性和有效性;针对粒子群的搜索特点,提出“粗搜索”和“细搜索”的观点,并据此建立了分段自适应调整权重策略,提高了算法的适应性和收敛速度;针对ATC早熟问题,运用耗散原理,构建适合ATC问题的、改进的耗散操作,有效地兼顾了全局和局部搜索能力。IEEE30节点系统验证了该文所建模型的有效性。 Based on the research of Available Transfer Capability (ATC), the paper presents a new improved particle swarm optimization (PSO) model to enhance the accuracy and validity of the ATC results. The author proposes a view of 'coarse search' and 'fine search' by studying the search characteristics of PSO, also concludes an automatically adaptive adjustment strategy of inertia-weighted value, which elevates the applicability of PSO and accelerates its convergence. Furthermore, an improved dissipative operation is constructed with the theory of dissipation, which effectively overcomes the shortcoming of earliness. At last, a case study of IEEE 30-bus test system demonstrates the validity of this approach.
