摘要
针对短路过渡液相桥在焊丝回抽至不同高度时的液面形态,进行了二维数值的分析和三维有限元分析。试验验证并考察了不同焊丝直径、表面张力系数及焊缝堆高对液相桥失效高度的影响。为焊丝停送、回抽促进液相桥平稳拉断的控制方法奠定了理论基础。
The menisci behavior of liquid metal bridge in short circuiting transfer at various stage while drawing the wire back has been analysed with 2D and 3D numerical method.The failed height of the metal bridge in different wire diameter,surface tension coefficient and bead height has been obtained.Moreover,the results o f calculation are in well correspondence with simulated experiment.
