“绿色GDP”战略与我国经济的可持续发展

"Green GDP"Strategy and the Continued Development of the Economy in Our Country

随着中国经济的迅速崛起,中国目前面临的能源消耗与环境污染压力日益增大,如何实现中国未来经济持续增长和社会健康全面发展,实现全面建设小康社会的战略目标,成为中国目前需要急需解决的战略问题,而解决该问题的一个重要思路就是实施“绿色GDP”战略。本文在介绍国内外“绿色GDP”已有的研究成果基础上,从能源消耗、污染状况、可持续发展三个角度分析了我国实施“绿色GDP”的客观必要性,最后本文提出了我国实施“绿色GDP”战略的对策建议。

With the rapid rise of the Chinese economy,China is facing the greater press of energe consume and environmental pollution.How to realize the continued development of Chinese economy in the future and the all-reund construction of comfortably-off society became a strategic problem to be need of immediate solution in China ,and an important thinking for solving this problem is to realize the Green GDP strategy .this paper puts forward the objective necessity of earring,our the Green GDP strategy in Chind from the angles of energy consume,pollution situation and continued development on the bassis of introducing the research sesults obtained during the implementation of the Green GDP strategy in China and abroad.Firally,this paper makes the related suggestions for implementing the Green GDP strategy in Chind.
