针对教育学院的办学性质和特色,及教育学院重大政策的出台,图书采编部门应该做出及时响应,适当调整采购政策,为读者提供最急需的文献信息资源。

Being faced with the rapidly-changing world, libraries of institutes of education should adopt new purchase policies in time. In order to better fit characteristics of institutes of education, information resources purchase strategies must be adjusted accordingly.
