摘要
强奸罪侵犯的是复杂客体,主要客体是女性人权,其内容是以女性性权利为核心的各项具体人身权;次要客体是社会管理秩序中的善良社会风俗,存在于强奸罪的部分情节加重犯当中。
The object of rape is complicated objects. The main object is the female human right. The contents of it is each individual concrete right of feminine personal right which all takes the female sexual right as the core. The secondary object of rape is good and honest custom of management order of society, which exists in some severe kinds of rape.
