摘要
本文分析和总结了国外代表性的科学基金组织的国际合作战略与资助特点,阐述了当今基础研究国际合作的主要趋势以及我国科学基金国际合作所面临的形势与挑战。最后,提出了我国科学基金国际合作的战略发展思路与对策,以期为制定科学基金国际合作“十一五”规划提供参考。
This paper analyses and summarizes international cooperation strategy and funding characteristics of foreign science foundations, and expatiates developing trend of international cooperation of basic research. Finally, We have brought forward strategic developing route and countermeasures for international cooperation of NSFC.
