摘要
应用PLC控制器的特点,设计了适用于船舶锅炉控制的PLC控制工作时序、I/O分配、控制程序,通过模拟试验,设计的软件程序能达到系统的工作要求,证明利用PLC控制极大地提高了锅炉工作的可靠性及自动化水平。
According to the characteristics of programmable controller (PLC), this article designs the working sequence, the I/O distribution and the framework of the controlling pmgrarn, which are fit for the marine auxiliary boiler controlled by PLC. Simulation experiments show that the software program designed can meet the requirements of the system. The application of PLC is proved to be able to greatly increase the reliability and the level of automation of the boiler.
