倍他乐克治疗老年慢性心力衰竭的临床研究

摘要 目的观察倍他乐克治疗老年慢性心力衰竭(CHF)的疗效。方法选择76例老年CHF患者随机分成对照组(B组)37例,给予常规抗心衰药物治疗;倍他乐克组(A组)39例,在对照组治疗基础上加用倍他乐克,治疗观察随访6个月,观察并比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果A组患者的血压、心率、LVEDD、LVESD均明显下降(P<0·05),LVEF值明显提高(P<0·05)。对照组LVEDD明显下降,LVEDD、LVESD、LVEF与A组比较差异有显著性意义(P<0·05)。A、B两组患者临床疗效间差异有非常显著性意义(P<0·05)。结论老年CHF患者可长期安全有效地应用倍他乐克治疗,并能改善心功能,提高生活质量,降低远期死亡率,延长寿命。 Objective To investigate the efficacy and clinical symptom change of betaloc in treating senile patients with chronic congestive heart failure (CHF). Methods To divide 76 patients into two groups, on the basis of routine treatment betaloc group 39 cases were added to betaloc drug and added dose step by step, maximum dosage was 75 mg 2 time/d in the study, course of treatment was 6 months, contrast group 37 cases were conducted routine treatment. Results The blood pressure and heart rate of betaloc group descended markedly and LVEF improved markedly after 6 months treatment. Betaloc group total efficiency was 94. 8%, contrast group total efficiency was 59. 5%. The total efficiency has a significant difference ( P 〈0.05) Conclusion Betaloc is able to apple chronically to senile chronic congestive heart failure patients safely and effectively and able to improve cardiac muscle function, to enhance life quality, to decrease sudden death rate, to take from death rate at a specified future date, to prolong life - spon.
