摘要
绿色制造是一种先进的现代制造模式。为有效减少资源消耗和环境污染,本文建立了冲压加工的绿色制造体系结构,研究了冲压加工中实现绿色制造的两个目标、3项内容和两个层次。然后对冲压加工中的资源(如原材料、设备和能源)消耗和环境(如固、液、气等废弃物和噪声污染)影响进行了详细分析。最后,采用TOP-SIS方法对冲压加工的绿色制造工艺进行综合评价。实例表明,采用TOPSIS方法进行绿色度的评价是可行的。
Green manufacturing is an advanced mode of modern manufacturing. In order to reduce the resource expenditure and environment pollution effectively, the architecture of green manufacturing in stamping process is established in this article. Two aims, three contents and two levels of realizing green manufacturing are researched in stamping process. Then, the resource (such as raw materials, equipment and energy sources) expenditure and environment (such as solid, liquid, gas castoff and yawp pollution) effect in stamping process are analyzed in detailed. Finally, the TOPSIS method is adopted to evaluate the green manufacturing process of stamping. The instance shows that the TOPSIS method is feasible in evaluating the green degree.
