摘要
本文提出了一种制备颗粒增强铝基复合材料的新方法─无压渗透法。利用这种新工艺可在空气气氛下,于800℃~1000℃温度范围内,无需借助外加压力或真空,使铝合金液自动渗入颗粒填料中,形具有良好耐磨性的金属基复合材料。
Anew method of fabricating particle reinforced aluminium coposite has been developed-pressureless infiltration.By this way,molten aluminium alloy can automatically infiltrate into particle stuffing and a composite with excellent wear-resistance can be fabricated during 800℃-100 ℃ in atmosphere,without additional pressure or vacuum.
