目前,城市绿地规划的实施管理存在区域性和专项性绿地详细规划编制不及时和不深入、城市绿地建设项目审批和管理职责不清等问题,应强化专项绿地详细规划,明确政府职能部门职责,规范配套建筑的审批管理权限,加强城市绿地的监管。

Presently there exist with the management of the implementation of urban greenland planning such problems as untimely preparation of the detailed planning for the regional and special Greenland, unclear distinction of duties and responsibilities between the department in charge of approval and the one in charge of construction for urban Greenland. Therefore it is necessary to intensify efforts in strengthening the special Greenland detailed planning, making clear the governmental obligations, normalizing the approval administration limits of the auxiliary architecture and being strict with the urban greenland supervision.
