成都市天府广场综合交通枢纽规划方案研究

Study on the Planning of the Comprehensive Traffic Hinge for Tianfu Square in Chengdu

针对天府广场目前存在的交通问题,结合成都市交通发展的实际情况,规划根据天府广场的功能定位,以绿色交通及一体化交通为理念,提出合理的交通政策,减少交通出行数量、规模;以公交优先为原则,建立方便、快捷的地铁、公交、步行换乘系统;建立完善、高效的交通管理系统;为步行者建构良好、舒适的空间;限制机动车的大量驶入,分流过境机动车流量;严格限制机动车停车泊位,加强停车管理。

Based on the traffic problems with the Tianfu Square and the actual situation of traffic development is Chengdu,the planning has put forward a reasonable traffic policy to reduce the amount of Tianfu Square guided by the concept of green traffic and traffic integration.It proposes to give priority to the public transportation system,establish a fast and convenient transit system between subway ,public transportation and pedes trian salking,establish a highly efficient and perfect traffic control system,create good and comfortable space for pedestrians ,restrict the rush-in of motor vehicles and divert the flow of passing traffic,strictly limit the parking lots for motor vehicles and strengthen efforts in parking management.
