摘要
武汉汉正街工业区现状整体功能混乱,用地布局呈现“大单位、小社会”的特征。其改造规划以盘活存量资源为主,整合区域品牌优势,采用“退二进二”、“工贸互动”、以都市工业的发展带动老工业基地发展的全新模式,综合考虑产业发展、环境、就业等因素,形成“三轴、一带、七区”的空间格局。
The present overall function of the Urban Industrial Park of Hanzheng Street in Wuhan is in disorder and the land use arrangement is characterized by the "big unit but small society". To redevelop the park, it is planned to make use of the stock resources as the main step and integrate the regional brand advantages. Through the brand new model of "new industry instead of old industry"."interaction between industrial and trade" and development of the old industrial base driven by the development of the urban industry, overall consideration should be given to such factors as industrial development, environment and employment, etc., so as to form a spatial pattern of "three axes, one belt and seven regions".
