摘要
对于在扫描近场光学显微镜基础上发展起来的近场光谱仪的设计原理、基本结构和具体设计作了较具体的讨论，同时，也简要介绍了近场光谱学。
The design principle,the main structures,and practical aspects of design for the near-field spectrometer are discussed. An introduction to near-field spectroscopV is also included.
