The Principle of Photon Scanning Tunneling Microscopy (PSTM) is discussed. here is falae image inthe first generation PSTM, an inveted patent of Image Separated photon Scanning Tunneling Microscope (IS-PSTM)with false image eliminated are introduced. The specific properties of PSTM and the foreground of the industry of PSTMwith nano-meter resolution are reported.
