摘要
本文采用色一质联用仪、傅立叶红外光谱仪、核磁共振仪对神经酸及其杂质进行定性，并作详细谱图解释。采用三氟化硼一甲醇酯化法用气相色谱进行了定量分析。
Nervonic acid and its impurities were separated and identified by GC-MS,FTlR and NMR. The diagrams are exp1ained. Through derivative esterification by BF3-CH3OH,it was determined quantitatively by GC.
