北京大学1.7MV串列加速器的维护与改进 被引量:3

摘要 本文介绍了一台进口的大型仪器设备近十年来在运行、维护的基础上,不断进行性能改进和功能扩展,使其达到了较佳的状态,在科研、教学中发挥了重要作用,并突破了引进时仅作为离子束分析的基本功能,而发展到目前有可能开展大量基础研究、高能注入以及MeV团簇离子与物质相互作用的研究。 Some functional improvements and many special applications of l. 7MV tandem accelerator in the pastten years are reported in this paper. The performance of the accelerator in many applications greatly exceedes the originaldesign. Now a large number of fundamental research,MeV ion implantations and interaction of cluster with materials arestudied in the improved accelerator. This accelerator plays an important role in research and teaching areas.
