《普通高等学校建筑规划面积指标》自颁布实施距今已有13年之久,与目前的实际办学条件发生着碰撞。本文从“修正”和“补充”两个方面对该面积指标进行了认真思考,旨在完善和丰富其内容,确保其实施的权威性和时效性。
