摘要
对酒钢一炼钢厂生产的SS400板坯轧制时产生气泡的原因进行了分析,认为主要是由钢液中氧过饱和析出所致。找出了转炉冶炼和脱氧合金化环节中存在的问题,优化了操作工艺,提出了相应的改进措施。
Reasons causing bubbles while rolling SS400 slab produced in No. 1 Steelmaking Plant of Jiuquan Iron and Steel Co. are analyzed. Oxygen oversaturation and precipitation are considered to be the main factors. Problems existing in converter smelting and deoxidation alloying courts are found, operation technique is optimized and corresponding improved measures are advanced.
