摘要
研究了低频轴向振动钻孔时的切削力,认为切削参数与振动参数的合理选择是降低切削力的有效途径。并以正交试验为基础,建立了耐热合金Ni-Cr-Co振动钻孔时的切削力经验公式。
This papes giver a systematic study on the cutting force of tow frequency axial vibrating drilling. It shows that the rational selections of the machining and vibrating parameters are effective way to decrease the required cutting force.Based on the orthogonal experiment,the empiric equation of the cutting force for heat resistance alloy Ni Cr Co is established, and some useful results for production are obtained.
