摘要
作为现代先进制造技术的研究热点,并行工程的根本点是产品及其过程的并行设计。本文对并行工程下的产品设计方法即面向制造、装配的设计,特别是面向装配的设计(DFA)进行了研究,总结了DFA的一般原则,提出了适于DFA的产品装配结构的语义网络模型及其描述语言,即功能描述语言。
Integrated and concurrent design of products and their processes is the key point of Concurrent Engineering(CE).This paper is about the research of theory and application of Design for Manufacture and Assembly(DFMA),particularly of, Design for Assembly(DFA) within CE.The paper summarizes the DFA principles and puts forward a semantic network modeling method which can be easily used in the modeling practice of product′s assembly structure.The paper also introduces the Function Describe Language (FDL)to describe those semantic network models.At last,the paper demonstrates the use of semantic network model in practice of DFA.
