夏蜡梅植株中游离蒽醌的分布及其与环境因子的相关性研究 被引量:2

摘要 对中国特有植物夏蜡梅(Calycanthus chinensis)营养器官的游离蒽醌含量进行测定,并分析其与环境因子之间的相关性。结果表明:(1)夏蜡梅各营养器官均含有游离蒽醌,但叶片的含量最高,枝、茎、根等器官的含量很低,叶片的含量是其它器官的4-11倍,其它器官之间差异不显著。(2)夏蜡梅叶、茎中游离蒽醌含量随海拔升高而降低,呈极显著的负相关关系。(3)夏蜡梅阴、阳坡植株相应营养器官之间游离蒽醌含量无显著性差异。(4)夏蜡梅7个样地叶片的游离蒽醌含量在0.1204%~0.2435%之间,平均为0.1838%,其中临安5样地含量较高,大雷山2样地较低,差异极显著。(5)通径分析显示,土壤有机质、土壤pH值对夏蜡梅叶片游离蒽醌含量起正作用,土壤氮、C/N、土壤磷起负作用。 The dissociated emodin content in different nutrient organs of Calycanthus chinensis endemic to China was determined and its correlations with environmental factors were analyzed. The results showed as follows. First, the dissociated emodin content in the leaves of C. chinensis was the highest, while those in the annual twigs, biannual twigs, stems or roots were very low. The content in the leaves was 4 to11 times higher than those in the other organs, while there was no significant difference between the contents of every two other organs. Second, the dissociated emodin content in the leaves or stems of C. chinensis decreased with the increasing of the elevation, and there was very significant negative correlation between the content and the eleva- tion. Third, there was no significant difference between the dissociated emodin content in every nutrient organ of C. chinensis in the shady slope and that in the sunny slope. Forth, the dissociated emodin content in the leaves from 7 C. chinensis plots ranged from 0. 120 4% to 0. 243 5% , with an average of 0. 183 8% , in which the contents from five plots in Linan City were higher than those from two plots in Daleishan with significant difference. Fifth, the path analysis showed that soil organic matter and pH value played positive roles in the content of dissociated emodin in the leaves of C. chinensis, while soil nitrogen, C/N and phosphorus played negative roles.
