尿素溶液对兔球虫卵囊作用效果对比试验 被引量:2

摘要 利用尿素溶液、饱和食盐水、硫酸镁溶液和砂糖溶液作漂浮液,通过漂浮、离心方法收集兔球虫卵囊,在相同条件下进行3个试验比较。其一,不同漂浮液对浮集兔球虫卵囊作用比较;结果表明利用尿素溶液浮集效果最好(2.872 51×105个),其次是硫酸镁溶液(2.184 25×105个),最低的是砂糖溶液(1.792 81×105个)。其二,不同漂浮液对兔球虫卵囊破坏作用比较;结果表明20 m in时硫酸镁溶液对卵囊破坏率最低,破坏率最大的是饱和食盐水,随着时间延长各种破坏作用增大,60 m in时饱和食盐水和尿素溶液中有极少卵囊破损和卵囊变形现象。其三,不同漂浮液对兔球虫卵囊发育影响作用比较;结果表明硫酸镁溶液影响率最小(4.94%)最大的是饱和食盐水(7.47%)。 Urea solution, saturated salt water, magnesium sulfate solution and sugar solution were used for floating fluid. Rabbit coccidia oocysts were collected by floating and centrifuging,on which three comparative tests were conducted under same conditions. The first was to compare of the effects of different floating liquids. Urea solution floating collection (2. 872 51 × 10^5) showed the best effect, followed by magnesium sulfate solution (2. 184 25 × 10^5) sugar solution ( 1. 792 81 × 10^5 ) was the lowest. The second was to compare the effects of the different floating liquids on the destruction of rabbit coccidia oocysts. The results indicated that magnesium sulfate solution showed the lowest rate of coccidia oocyst destruction at 20 min ; saturated salt water had the greatest rate of destruction. The destruction increased with time ; in the saturated salt water and urea solution damage or deformation of a few coccidia oocysts at were observed 60 min. The third was to compare the effects of the different floating liquids on the growth of the rabbit coccidia oocysts. Magnesium sulfate solution showed the smallest influence rate (4.94%) and saturated salt water (7.47%) had the largest.
