Utilizing the Information Technology to Set up the Effective Business Administration Network

近年来,车辆信息化取得了显著的成效.但是,车辆信息化建设也存在一些问题:一是没有进行系统的总体规划,主攻方向不明确;二是各应用系统技术规范、标准、数据接口不统一,难以实现信息共享等.本文着重对生产力布局调整后基层车辆段在生产、经营、安全、质量等各方面管理中出现的种种问题进行分析,结合车辆专业工作实际需要,研究并设计基层车辆段信息化管理网络的有效方案.

The vehicle informatization has made remarkable progress. However, some questions exist in vehicle information construction： First, not carried on systematic master plan, it is indeterminate to attack the direction mainly; Second, each technical specification of the application system , standard , data interface are not unified, so that it is difficult to realize information sharing, etc.. All sorts of questions appearing in the management of various fields, such as producing, managing, security, quality, etc. in rolling stock section at the basic level are analyzed. After this text focuses on and adjusts the overall arrangement of productivity, combined with the vehicle professional work actual need, the effective scheme of managing network of rolling stock section informatization is studied and designed at the basic level.
