微波无极紫外光氧化-内电解工艺处理活性深蓝M-2GE 被引量:5

Treatment of activated blue dye M-2GE by microwave electrodeless ultraviolet oxidation-inner electrolysis process

摘要 在自行设计的微波激发无极紫外灯光氧化反应器和内电解反应器联用体系中,以次氯酸钠为氧化剂,对质量浓度为0.4g/L的C.I.Reactive Blue 194(活性深兰M-2GE)染料废水进行处理。结果表明,氧化剂的投加量为4.6 g/L、微波紫外光反应器中反应时间30min、铁炭床微电解反应总时间50min时,脱色率、CODCr去除率可分别达到98%、75%的处理效果。 A combined system of self-designed microwave electrodeless ultraviolet oxidation reactor and inner electrolysis reactor was used to treat C. I. Reactive Blue 194 wastewater which the mass concentration was 0.4 g/L with NaCIO as oxidant. The results showed that, when the dosage of oxidant was 4.6 g/L, the reaction time in the microwave ultraviolet reactor was 30 min, the reaction time of the iron-carbon mieroelectrolysis was 50 min, the decoloration rate and the removal rate of CODe, reached 98% and 75% respectively.
