摘要
利用水不溶性接枝羧基淀粉(简称ISC)去除废水中Cu2+和Zn2+。研究结果表明,对于铜溶液初始质量浓度为14 mg/L,ISC投加量为1.4 g/L,pH值为10,反应时间为20 min时,去除铜离子的效果为最佳;对于锌溶液初始质量浓度为10 mg/L,ISC投加量为1.7 g/L,pH值为10,反应时间为20 min时,去除锌离子的效果为最佳。用ISC处理实际电镀废水,能达到国家排放标准。
Water-insoluble carboxyl-containing starch graft polymer (ISC) was used to remove Cu^2+ and Zn^2+ from wastewater. The results of the study showed that, the optimal effect for Cu^2+ removal could be obtained when the original concentration of Cu^2+ solution was 14 mg/L, the dosage of ISC was 1.4 g/L, the pH value was 10, the reaction time was 20 min ; when the original concentration of Zn^2+ solution was 10 mg/L, the dosage of ISC was 1.7 g/L, the pH value was 10, the reaction time was 20 min, the effect of Zn^2+ removal was the best. Using ISC to treat actual electroplating wastewater, the quality of the effluent water could reach the national sewage discharge standard.
