摘要
采用马来酸酐与氨水进行溶液聚合的方法制备聚天冬氨酸,利用静态阻垢法评价了聚天冬氨酸的阻垢性能。结果表明:聚天冬氨酸的收率能达到90%以上,对Ca2+、HCO3-质量浓度分别为300 mg/L(均以CaCO3计)的水样阻垢率可以达到90%以上,而且有很好的溶限效应。
polyaspartic acid was prepared by the polymerization of maleic anhydride and ammonia solution, and its scale inhibiting performance was evaluated with static scale inhibition method. The results showed that: the yield rate of polyaspartic acid reached more than 90%, the scale inhibiting efficiency of the water sample which the mass concentration of Ca^2+, HCO3^- were both 300 mg/L(calculated by CaCO3) reached above 90%, and a good critical value effect was also shown.
