Ag_(66)Cu_(30)Ti_4-ZrO_2系统浸润行为的研究

摘要 本论文确定了Ag_(86)Cu_(30)Ti_4与ZrO_2的界面反应产物为Ti_4Cu_2O。分别测定了1103k和1203k时,钎料对ZrO_2的浸润角,并分析了界面化学反应在浸润中的作用。从包括力学平衡和化学平衡的热力学平衡的观点出发,认为在化学浸润下,Young's方程的表达式为:γ_(SV)—(γ_(SL)+Δg_(SL))=γ_(LV)cosθ。根据Δg_(SL)的定义及有关的数据,估算了1203k时Ag_(66)Cu_(30)Ti_4-ZrO_2系统的Δg_(SL)。 It is known that the interfacial reaction product between Ag_(66)Cu_(30)Ti_4 and ZrO_2 is Ti_4Cu_2O. The wetting angles at 1103k and 1203k were measured separately, and the act of chemical reaction in wetting is analysed in this paper. From the point of thermodynamics including mechanical and chemical equilibrum, Young's equation should be described as γ_(SV)—(γ_(SL)+Δg_(SL))=γ_(LV) cosθ on the condition of chemical wetting. At 1203k, Δg_(SL) of Ag_(66) Cu_(30) Ti_4-ZrO_2 system is evaluated by the definition of Δg_(SL) and relative data.
