摘要
介绍了垃圾处理工程建设的国际主要融资模式,分析了我国城市垃圾处理工程中实行BOT模式应注意的问题,提出了政府在采用BOT模式的对策建议。
Different international funding models of waste treatment engineering comstruction were introduced. Problems in BOT model of MSW treatment engineering in China were analyzed, countermeasure suggestions for government adopting BOT model were put forward.
