摘要
研究了不同TiB_2含量的Al_2O_3/TiB_2陶瓷材料与硬质合金在室温滑动摩擦时的摩擦磨损特性。结果表明:随TiB_2含量的增加摩擦系数减小,Al_2O_3/TiB_2陶瓷材料抗磨损能力增强。其磨损机制主要有微观切削和断裂,材料中气孔的存在会加速其磨损。根据材料1/K_(IC)^(3/4)H^(1/2)值的大小可评价其耐磨的能力。
The friction and wear behavior of Al_2O_3/TiB_2 ceramic composites with different TiB_2 contents against carbide (YG8) at room temperature was investigated. Results showed that: The friction coefficient was decreased with the increase of TiB_2. The influence of TiB_2 contents on the wear resistance of this composite was examined. The wear resistance were evaluated in relation to its mechanical properties.
