摘要
针对目前实验室废水中的重金属离子去除这一难题,采用超滤膜在不同的pH条件下进行了实验。结果表明:超滤膜对重金属离子虽然没有明显的去除效果,但在pH增大的情况下,重金属离子与加入的碱(NaOH)生成氢氧化物,从而能被超滤膜有效地截留。进一步的实验证明:pH为9.8时,超滤膜对重金属离子的总体去除效果较好。
In allusion to difficult problem of heavy metals removal in existing laboratory fluent, ultrafiltration membrane was carried out to experiment in different pH. The result showed that ultrafiltration membrane dose not have ability to retain heavy metals itself, but ultrafiltration membrane would have better retain effect when heavy metals reacted with NaOH and created form the hydroxid as the increase of pH. The further experiment showed that total heavy metals removal effect is better when the pH value is 9.8.
