摘要 基于有限元方法在金属切削加工模拟中的应用,并在前人的研究基础上,讨论、研究了金属切削的有限元建模方法、自适应网格划分技术、切削分离准则、工件材料模型、刀-屑摩擦模型、热传导等切削模拟的关键问题。指出了有限元方法在金属切削模拟中的可行性和存在的问题。 Basing on the applications of FEM in metal cutting and the studies done before, states several finite element modeling techniques of metal cutting, including the methods of modeling, adaptive remeshing technologies, chip - separation criterion, workpiece material modeling, tool - chip friction modeling and heat transfer. Finally the feasibility and problems of FEM simulations in metal cutting were pointed out.
