摘要
介绍了铰孔过程中常出现的表面粗糙度和尺寸精度差以及孔口呈喇叭状所引起质量不合格的原因,并从铰削速度、铰削余量、铰削进给量、铰刀刀刃和润滑方面提出了相应的改进方法和对策,对提高和保证铰孔精度有一定的参考价值。
Based on the causes of quality defects occurring in the process of boring a hole, such as surface roughness, accuracy to size, and horn- type hole, proposes corresponding countermeasures and techniques at the aspects of cutting speed, reaming allowance, feed rate, reamer edge and lube, which are expected to guarantee and improve the precision of the reaming to some extent.
