轻型低位放顶煤支架的研制

摘要 分析了现有低位放顶煤液压支架存在的问题,提出了一种新型轻型低位放顶煤液压支架。支架采用掩护梁,顶面呈2个倾角,椅背形底座与掩护梁单铰接,双伸缩后立柱等独特结构,具有重量轻,结构合理和支护效果稳定可靠等特点。支架已经通过实验室实验和工业性实验,应用前景广阔。 Due to problems of the currerit sublevel caving hydraulic supports, a low and light - duty integrated caving hydraulic support is developed. Its back pillars are double action and cloak girder has a curve angle. It has chair- back shaped base which single interlinked to the cloak girder. The powered supports is light and has proper structure. Stable and reliable support effects can be obtained in applying it. The powered supports has passed lab and industrial experiment and has prosperous future in coal mine.
