L40钻机的井架为A形双支腿结构,钻进过程中易出现井架摆动、振荡及打钻偏斜等现象,严重地影响了安全生产。为了解决井架存在的问题,分析井架的结构特点,采用四支腿刚性稳定结构,对井架进行了重新设计,取得了良好的效果。
