摘要
分析了机械故障诊断的现状和发展前景,提出了一种基于网络的机械转子动平衡智能诊断系统,并对该系统硬件设计、网络通讯系统的实现方案和系统动平衡测控功能的实现方案等进行了介绍。基于网络的机械转子动平衡网络诊断系统具有远程测控和资源共享诸多优点而成为检测系统发展的趋势。
Analyzed situation and prospects of mechanical failure diagnosis, proposed a kind of mechanical rotors dynamic balance aptitude diagnosis system that based on the network, and introduced key parts of this system, including system hardware design, the network communication system realization scheme, monitor function realization plan and so on. Mechanical rotors dynamic balance aptitude diagnosis system based on the network has many merits of the long- distance monitor, the resources sharing, etc., which makes it development the tendency of the diagnosis system.
