摘要 本文用向钢液流喷射刚玉、碳化钨、铬铁矿砂三种陶瓷颗粒的方法,进行了制备钢基铸造复合材料的试验。结果表明,颗粒粒度愈大,数量愈少,愈易分散。碳化钨与钢液有反应,润湿好,因此分散均匀。刚玉与钢液不润湿,分散不好,且引起颗粒脱落。铬铁矿砂存在裂纹。 In this paper, the casting steel matrix composites were made by spraying the particles of Al 2O 3、 WC and FeO·Cr 2O 3 on melted steel respectively.The effects of some technological variables on the microstructure of the composites have been investigated. The result was that, the dispersion of particles are more easy and more homogeneous with decreasing the amount of particles and increasing the size of particles. WC are dispersing well in liquid steel due to its interfacial reaction and wettable with liquid steel. Al 2O 3 cannot disperse in liquid steel, because they are not wettable each other. FeO·Cr 2O 3 are unsuitable used as the strengthened particles for they are cracked in liquid steel.
