摘要
目的观察八珍汤加味对肿瘤患者化疗后白细胞减少症的预防作用。方法将62例肿瘤化疗患者随机分为2组。治疗组32例予化疗前1周服用八珍汤加味,对照组30例予化疗前1周服用肝醇片、肌苷片。2组均于化疗结束后10日停用。结果治疗组用药后白细胞减少的发生率为25%,对照组为70%,2组比较有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论八珍汤加味对预防化疗后白细胞减少具有明显疗效。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of Bazhen decoction on the treatment of leucopenia after chemotherapy.
