疏肝消癖汤配合三苯氧胺治疗乳腺增生病临床观察

Investigation of hyperplasia of mammary glands treated with combination of Shuganxiaopi decoction and Tamoxifen

目的观察疏肝消癖汤配合三苯氧胺治疗乳腺增生病的临床疗效。方法乳腺增生病591例,随机分为2组。治疗组322例,予自拟疏肝消癖汤配合三苯氧胺治疗;对照组269例,单用三苯氧胺治疗。2组均1个月经周期为1个疗程,连服3个疗程评价疗效。结果治疗组总有效率96.3%,对照组82.2%,2组比较有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论疏肝消癖汤合并三苯氧胺治疗乳腺增生病临床疗效显著。

Objective To investigate the hyperplasia of mammary glands treated with combination of Shuganxiaopi decoction and Tamoxifen. Method 591 cases with hyperplasia of mammary glands were randomly divided into two groups. Patients in control group （ n = 269） were treated only by Tamoxi[en. Patients in treatment group （ n = 3221） were treated by combination of Shuganxiaopi decoction and Tamoxifen. The therapeutic course was a menstrual cycle in both groups. The effea was evaluated after 3 courses. Result The total effective rate in treatment group （96.3 % ） was higher than that in control group （82.2%, P 〈 0.01）. Conclusion Combination of Shuganxiaopi decoction and Tamoxifen was more effective on the treatment of hyperplasia of mammary glands.
