参麦注射液联合单硝酸异山梨酯治疗慢性肺源性心脏病心力衰竭30例疗效观察

Effect of combination of Shenmai injection and Isosorbide Mononitrate on the treatment of chronic cor pulmonale cardiac failure

目的观察参麦注射液联合单硝酸异山梨酯治疗慢性肺源性心脏病(肺心病)心力衰竭(心衰)的临床疗效。方法将60例慢性肺心病心衰患者随机分为2组。治疗组30例在常规治疗的基础上加用参麦注射液与单硝酸异山梨酯治疗,对照组30例予常规西药治疗。2组均15日为1个疗程,1个疗程后统计疗效。结果治疗组总有效率90.0%,对照组总有效率56.7%,2组总有效率比较有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论参麦注射液联合单硝酸异山梨酯治疗慢性肺心病心衰疗效显著。

Objective To observe the effect of combination of Shenmai injection and Isosorbide Mononitrate on the treatment of chronic cor pulmonale cardiac failure. Methods 60 Patients with chronic cor pulmonale cardiac failure were randomly divided into two groups. Patients in control groups （ n = 30） were treated by routine therapy. Patients in treatment groups （ n = 30） were treated by combination of Shenmai injection and Isosorbide Mononitrate. Result The total effective rate in treatment group （90.0%） was higher than that in control group （56.7%, P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion combination of Shenmai injection and Isosorbide Mononitrate has a good effect on treating chronic cor pulmonale cardiac failure.
