摘要
以Fe-Zn-Zr/HY作为催化剂,CO2和H2为反应物,在340℃、5MPa的条件下,通过一些对比反应对异构烃的合成机理进行了初步的研究和探讨。实验结果表明:(1)催化剂的作用主要来源于Fe-Zn-Zr和HY分子筛两种催化剂的独立作用;(2)甲醇是整个反应的中间产物;(3)CO不是异构烃合成的必须中间产物,CO与CO2加氢合成烃类的途径截然不同;(4)Fe-Zn-Zr和HY都与异构烃的形成有着直接的关系。
The mechanism of iso-alkanes synthesis by the hydrogenation of carbon dioxide over Fe-Zn-Zr/ HY composite catalyst at 340℃, 5.0MPa was studied. The results indicted that : (1) the function of composite catalyst was the combination of their respective catalysis of Fe-Zn-Zr and HY; (2) the iso-alkanes were formed by the hydrogenation of CO2 via the methanol ; (3) the inter-conversion from CO2 to CO was not the indispensable process for the iso-alkanes synthesis and the mechanism of hydrogenation of carbon dioxide was completely different to that of carbon monoxide; (4)both Fe-Zn-Zr and HY had direct effects on the synthesis of isoalkanes.
